Super Lawyers uses a multiphase selection process that combines peer nominations, independent third-party research and peer evaluations. Attorneys cannot nominate themselves. They must be nominated by peers who have personally observed their work, identified by Super Lawyers’ research staff through honors and results, or informally recommended by readers and other professionals. Once nominated, the Super Lawyers’ research department evaluates a candidate across 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, including verdicts and settlements, scholarly writing and lectures, honors and awards and more. Only 5% of the lawyers in each state ultimately appear in the Super Lawyers list, an intentionally small group meant to highlight those who stand out even within an already accomplished bar. For our clients and colleagues, Charles’s inclusion on the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list is confirmation of what they already know: that the Lamberton Law Firm is deeply committed to high-level advocacy, ethical practice and meaningful results for employees facing discrimination, retaliation and other workplace injustices.
